Change a User's Password
As a brand admin, you can reset or change the password for any user in your brand.
Steps to Change a User’s Password
Go to User Management
From the admin dashboard, navigate to User Management.
Open the Users List
Click on Users to view all users within your tenant.
Open User Actions
Find the user whose password you want to change.
Click on the Action Menu (⋮ or dropdown) next to the user.
Select Change Password
In the action menu, click Change Password.
A Change Password modal will appear.
Enter New Password
Input the new password for the user.
Confirm the Change
Click Change Password to apply.
The user’s password is now updated.
⚠️ Notes
The user will need to log in with their new password on their next sign-in.
