Change a User's Password

As a brand admin, you can reset or change the password for any user in your brand.

Steps to Change a User’s Password

  1. Go to User Management

    • From the admin dashboard, navigate to User Management.

  2. Open the Users List

    • Click on Users to view all users within your tenant.

  3. Open User Actions

    • Find the user whose password you want to change.

    • Click on the Action Menu (⋮ or dropdown) next to the user.

  4. Select Change Password

    • In the action menu, click Change Password.

    • A Change Password modal will appear.

  5. Enter New Password

    • Input the new password for the user.

  6. Confirm the Change

    • Click Change Password to apply.

    • The user’s password is now updated.


⚠️ Notes

  • The user will need to log in with their new password on their next sign-in.
